Your team

The Technology & Operations division designs and integrates a wide range of IT solutions, from portfolio management systems to trading platforms, banking applications and business management tools. The division has been responsible for some of the Group’s most significant innovations and is also responsible for the operational smooth running and development of custodian banking and fund administration services.
We have several challenging opportunities for professionals seeking to join the Finance & Legal Reporting domain of our Finance, Risk and Compliance platform attached to our Development and Integration department. As such, you will aim to understand the needs of the Finance and Group Risk, or Finance and Legal business lines, and develop ingenious, value-creating solutions. You will also be responsible for managing and overseeing the adaptive maintenance of the domain’s products, based on users’ needs, and will actively participate in the roll-out of new versions.

Your role

  • Gathering information on and assessing the needs of the business lines concerned. Writing functional specifications in an iterative process in accordance with Agile methodology.
  • Performing functional analysis activities as part of the various adaptation and maintenance projects.
  • Analysing and integrating market tools, and ensuring coordination with external suppliers.
  • Defining functional test cases to validate the proposed solution, as well as conducting acceptance and non-regression tests (FAT).
  • Providing assistance, documenting and analysing production incidents and 3rd level support requests.

Your profile

  • At least three years’ experience as a technical business analyst in the field of banking IT; functional knowledge in the field of Finance, Financial Reporting or Treasury Risk Management is a must.
  • Experience as an Avaloq developer/business analyst would be an asset.
  • Knowledge and practice of Agile methodology (Scrum) would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SQL query languages and database access tools.
  • Fluency in French and English: spoken and written.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
