Technical Clerk for the Project Management (m/f)

Company
As an international corporation in the field of chemical plants with headquarters in the north of Switzerland, we
employ a workforce of around 80 employees worldwide. We owe our success to our competent staff with its
expertise in process engineering, chemical engineering and project management. On a global level these people
design, calculate, test and implement optimal solutions for various challenges in basic chemicals. The chemical
plants are built to order by our suppliers. Years of experience in caustic soda evaporation and solidification has
resulted in our company being a market leader in this field.

Tasks
As a technical clerk you will support the project manager in all technical matters (e.g.: specification of pumps, heat
exchangers, instrumentation; release of purchase orders; preparation of the technical plant documentation for
customers; monitoring of suppliers with regard to deadlines, budget, documentation, quality, performance and
contract conformity; expediting of our equipment).

Our Expectations

✓ Technical training as a technician, electrician, etc.
Alternatively: graduate student in mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering, etc.

✓ Pronounced flair for the technical context
✓ Eagerness to work on customer projects and actively support the project manager
✓ Initiative and interest in learning new things
✓ Experience in a similar field of activity and environment (plant design)
✓ Knowledge of MS Office software, knowledge of CAD is a plus
✓ Language skills: German/English: good (oral/written)
