YOUR MISSION

• Meet with stakeholders to gather and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and stakeholders (internal and external) during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Managing projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items such as budgets, costs, milestones, and deliverables.
• Document risks to the project and drive escalation to management when needed.
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical resources while ensuring all team members are actively working toward established milestones.
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
• Communicate proactively with all involved resources to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science in Project Management, Computer Science or equivalent
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Experience with Magento platform is a plus.
• Experience as a Back End Web Developer is preferred
• Experience in requirements documentation and data flow diagrams
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including communicating with Senior Management
• Ability to communicate technical challenges clearly and concisely to business users and stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• A curious and versatile team player who is also keen on go beyond its scope
