Founded in 1968 as a trading company for Scandinavian laboratory equipment, SKAN is now global market leader in the specialist area of isolator construction for aseptic applications. One of our core competencies is the manufacture of process isolators for pharmaceutical-aseptic production. Even the most complex customer requirements can be fulfilled thanks to the experts at our in-house laboratories who research innovative solutions for isolator technology.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting workshops in the technical area in the internal SKAN Academy
  • Support with technical training
  • Induction of new field and commissioning & qualification engineers (internal & external)
  • Contact person for technical questions
  • Supporting the departments in their daily business as Field and Commissioning & Qualification Engineer
  • Active support in conceptual developments & revision of internal trainings
  • Intensive cooperation with internal experts and departments
  • Travel approx. 30% of the time

Hardskills
  • Several years of experience in commissioning & qualification or field engineering
  • Experience with internal training and customer training courses
  • Very good knowledge of German and English or French

Softskills
  • Helpful and open personality
  • Strong team spirit
  • Pleasure in developing new employees
  • Technical flair and willing to experiment
  • Willingness to develop in adult education
