Technical Operations Finance Business Partner - Geneva

In view of our continued global growth as a standalone organization, we are recruiting a Technical Operations Finance Business Partner at our headquarters and biotech production site in Geneva. Reporting to the Head of FP&A & Treasurer, your mission is to ensure smooth monthly closings and bi-annual planning for OM Pharma Group while acting as a strong business partner for all financial matters in the area of manufacturing.

Your Main Responsibilities Are As Follows

• Update once a year the standard COGS according to IFRS and Swiss Gaap for Switzerland entities and Peru (IFRS only)
• Challenge the team and create new KPIs
• Calculate and monitor gross inventory value, depreciation, scrap levels and inventory adjustments
• Elaborate monthly reportings and analysis (CAPEX, variances), and ensure purchase control
• Lead bi-annual planning for CAPEX, depreciation and COGS
• Perform EPM Jedox entries for bi-annual planning, including impairment test
• Ensure balance sheet bi-annual planning
• Perform ad hoc products and country profitability analysis
• Manage assigned projects (ERP, costing)
  
  

To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in controlling and/or FP&A, with a similar experience within an industrial environment (preferably, in a global pharmaceutical company)
• Leadership experience from previous positions
• Business fluency in French and English, both in oral and written communications
• Proficiency in Ms-Office programs (Excel, Power Point, Word) and, ideally, knowledge in Jedox
