Technical Program Manager

In this role within our technology department of Hapimag, you’ll be responsible for overseeing group wide technical projects. For this, you’ll create impact by partnering with vendors, collaborating closely with several departments including IT & Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Resort operations and others to clarify requirements and align our roadmap.

More importantly you shall excel in diving into the hospitality industry specifics with business stakeholders and establish a vision which will transform the business operations using technology.

What you will do

• Act as the glue between Technology, Product, and Stakeholders, and ensure the team uses Agile best practices to deliver on their commitments
• Apply a customer oriented approach and modern product management practices to align our organization internally and externally
• Maintain deep knowledge of systems, expand your knowledge into new domains, and leverage across the organization
• Track delivery of project requirements and assist with portfolio performance monitoring
• Establish project teams where appropriate, which consist of stakeholders, users, and developers to ensure the success of critical projects
• Identify risks to our releases, mitigating them where possible and communicating them when not
• Support the delivery of program optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and analyze program reporting metrics with the ability to recognize patterns in a sea of information, and take action accordingly
• Participate in the oversight of outsourced activities and strategic service providers
• Manage, plan, forecast, track and report on project budgets

What we require from you

• Minimum 5years+ working experience in related field and similar function
• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Equivalent
• In depth experience in data visualization tools i.e.. PowerBI, Tableau, Keynote, G-Slides
• Proven analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills paired with good project management discipline
• Conversation in English on proficiency level, German or any other language fluency of advantage
