The role ensures tracking of project status and timely and accurate invoicing of DPS clients to ensure BU revenue targets are met, and support commercial development in reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tracks DPS overall project progress for the purpose of invoicing clients timely and appropriately. Contacts Project Leads and follows up with them on open points
  • Selects work stages to be invoiced according to client contracts and finalized work. Prepares necessary data to request invoice generation. Sends invoices to client
  • Reports generated and expected revenue for a given time period e.g. to Finance or in weekly Sales tracker
  • Supports Commercial Development team in various reporting tasks, e.g. monthly signature value report and cancellations
  • Enters new contracts in forecasting tool to support forecasting
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Life science (at least Masters degree with 2+ years industry experience, PhD preferable)
  • Commercial and financial acumen with a strong understanding of the cost of failure
  • Strong numeracy, statistical and reporting skills with the ability to analyze, interpret and manage information, data and trends
  • Solid PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Advanced Excel) and ability to learn new software packages, SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Basic understanding of GMP activities and Drug Product
  • Ability to manage periods of increased periodic demand, proactive, self-organized, and with strong problem-solving skills
