Proclinical are recruiting a Technical Sales Manager for a consultancy organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located anywhere within the EU for the role allows for remote-working though the client is in Switzerland. The client Is focused on being experts in advanced software for life sciences.

Responsibilities

• You will comprehend the needs of the clients as well as their market trends and recognise buying influencers and forming contacts at the highest suitable levels.
• Collaborate with international sales, marketing and product development in order to progress the development of the company’s life sciences products with attention on Europe.
• Form and preserve a pipeline with consistent apprises of prospects.
• Display the company’s life sciences software products at applicable discussions, demonstrations and webinars.
  

Skills & Requirements

• Educated to a degree level, ideally at a Master’s degree level, within a suitable discipline.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as in a team setting.
• Enjoy sales and collaborating with others.
• At least 3 years of experience in selling software products for life sciences, preferably familiar with CTMS and Etmf, with proof of accomplishment working in a client-facing position.
• Success-oriented with exceptional mediating, presentation and listening capabilities.
• Capable of forming solid relations with internal and external associates.
• You are a driven individual with the attitude and capability to sustain and expand said relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbally.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Knowledgeable in the German language would be advantageous for the role.
• Proficient use of computers such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, eClinical and CRM applications.
• Willingness to travel for company needs.
