  • Support Omya personal, oral and home care customers in terms of formulation optimization and process troubleshooting.
  • Support Omya innovation development projects providing expertise in personal, oral and home care formulation.
  • Provide training to Omya sales force in personal, oral and home care applications.
  • Manage personal, oral and home care formulation laboratory according to ISO9001.

  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Chemistry with at least 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience in oral/personal/home care formulation.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up, maintaining and running equipment in a typical formulation laboratory
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills in English
  • Project management skills
  • Independent planning, execution and reporting of trials
  • Willingness to travel (30%), if and when necessary
