• Ensures that all activities and tasks related to Deviation investigation and Capa implementation as well as Documentation readiness (PRCD and WI), as Change Control management
• Manage small to major projects and improvements initiatives related to Warehouse and Dispensing Operations as well as cross-functional projects. Leads or acts as a point of contact for Warehouse and Dispensary for tech transfers, operational readiness, continuous improvement, process optimizations, and production capacity increase
• Ensures proper support for the manufacturing and warehouse process (including on floor support as needed) and ensures representation of Warehouse and Dispensary in cross-functional groups locally and globally
• Assures follow-up and completion of issues/improvements identified with Automated Warehouse Systems, Manufacturing Systems, and relevant stakeholders (Swisslog, Maintenance, Facility, IT, etc.)
• Training- Ensure appropriate training is available for their team and Warehouse and Dispensary staff. Ensures their direct reports are appropriately trained for the tasks they perform
  

• Ability to lead project teams effectively (within the organization as well as cross-functionally) and understanding processes
• Highly detailed oriented with excellent documentation skills and exceptional troubleshooting abilities
• Fundamental knowledge of change control
• Solid Project management skills
• A fundamental level of technical writing skills, Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• Ability to interpret and design documents and/or instructions within enterprise systems
• Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and capability to work in a team as well as independently
• Ability to interpret and design documents and/or instructions within ERP systems
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma Methodologies
