Job Title: Technical Support ManagerSeeking an experienced Technical Support Manager to lead our technical support team and manage the technical support needs for our entire tech ecosystem.As Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of two technical support representatives and solving technical issues at L2.12 month contract, Fully remote located within the EUResponsibilities- l2 Support
- Provide technical support for our entire tech ecosystem and manage a team of two technical support representatives.
- Debug and escalate technical issues to vendors when necessary.
- Must be able to understand technology, be tech savvy, (don’t necessarily need to write code or be a developer.)
- Lead technical support projects and have experience leading technical support teams.
- Be able to drive and motivate the technical support team, and work collaboratively with other teams across the organization.
