Description

We are looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lausanne. Your mission will be to help our Pix4Dcatch customers to get value from our products and to succeed with their projects. Pix4Dcatch is a mobile app that enables users to capture images using augmented reality for photogrammetry 3D reconstructions.

This role requires you to become an expert on Pix4Dcatch and provide excellent customer services. The ideal candidate has experience in mapping / image acquisition applications, excellent communication, and people skills, as well as interest and desire to evolve in a fast-growing technology company.

Responsibilities

• Master Pix4Dcatch and other products that integrate with Pix4Dcatch (Pix4Dcloud, Pix4Dmapper, viDoc, etc.) and stay up to date on improvements
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support via a ticketing system (i.e. Zendesk), phone, Community (Forum)
• Create, update and maintain Documentation articles as required
• Help onboarding new customers
• Encourage seamless communication between the development team and the end-user by sharing customer experiences and staying up to date with the state of the product’s development
• Provide training (online and in person)
• Work closely with other Support experts in Berlin, Denver, Madrid, Lausanne, Tokyo

Requirements

• Proven experience and knowledge with mapping / image acquisition or similar
• Customer-oriented, empathetic, caring about solving user problems
• Experience with Support is a strong advantage
• Experience in the construction and/or inspection industry is an advantage
• Experience with RTK devices and workflows is an advantage
• Independent and well-organized team player
• Experience with Pix4D products is an advantage
• Proficient English language skills required, Spanish or French is a strong advantage
