Description

We are looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist (partial remote work possible) to join our team in Lausanne. Your mission will be to help our Pix4Dcloud customers to get value from our products and to succeed with their projects. Pix4Dcloud is an online platform for drone mapping, progress tracking, and site documentation. It is available as an end user software through Pix4Dcloud and Pix4Dcloud Advanced, and to software integrators through Pix4Dengine Cloud.

This role requires you to become an expert on Pix4Dcloud products and provide excellent customer services. The ideal candidate has experience in geomatics, excellent communication, and people skills, as well as interest and desire to evolve in a fast-growing technology company.

Responsibilities
  • Master the Pix4Dcloud products (Pix4Dcloud Advanced, Pix4Dcloud API) and other products that integrate with Pix4Dcloud (Pix4Dcatch, Pix4Dmapper, etc.) and stay up to date on improvements
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support via a ticketing system (i.e. Zendesk), phone, Community (Forum)
  • Create, update and maintain Documentation articles
  • Help onboarding new customers
  • Encourage seamless communication between the development team and the end-user by sharing customer experiences and staying up to date with the state of the product’s development
  • Provide training (online and in person)
  • Work closely with other Support experts in Berlin, Denver, Lausanne, Madrid, Tokyo


Requirements
  • Proven experience and knowledge with geomatics/mapping or similar
  • Customer-oriented, empathetic, caring about solving user problems
  • Experience with HTML, Python or other programming languages is a strong advantage
  • Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
  • Experience with Web APIs is an advantage
  • Experience with Pix4D products is an advantage
  • Experience with Support is an advantage
  • Independent and well-organized team player
  • Proficient English language skills required, Spanish or French is a strong advantage
