Position’s Objective & Summary

The Tender Administrator manages all tender related documentation and processes as part of a tender management team, while ensuring compliance with Intuitive’s policies and applicable laws, as well as contributes to the continuous improvement of Intuitive’s tender management processes.

Roles And Responsibilities

Tender Process Management

Manage tender related document processes for various countries. The scope of the related tasks would entail among others the following:
  • Efficiently manage tender document preparation, maintenance and follow-up processes with stakeholders within and outside Intuitive.
  • Maintain databases regarding documentation.
  • Maintain and monitor records of ongoing and outstanding tender documents.
  • Draft and compile supporting tender documents in order to upkeep the marketing of the proposals.
  • Assess tender requirements and documents to support tender submissions and to ensure compliance with Intuitive’s policies and applicable laws.
Tender Process Development
  • Contribute to process development initiatives and projects regarding tenders.
  • Continuously develop and maintain a tender document library, develop and maintain tender and marketing related templates.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
  • Degree in administration or marketing related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in administrative process management in a regulated environment, preferably in medical device or pharmaceuticals.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of administrative document and project management processes
  • Detail and creative-oriented, organized work attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-confident and flexible team player who is committed to share experience, knowledge and is committed to adapt to the team’s needs.
  • Fluent in French and English.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
  • German is highly desirable. Further languages are of advantage are the any of the Nordic languages.
  • Experience with business IT applications (SAP, SharePoint, Salesforce).
