Your role

Are you enthusiastic and passionate about Quality Delivery and managing the successful Testing, Deployment and Release Management of leading edge solutions as a technology professional?   • order releases and ensure all timelines and documentation requirements are met
  • responsibility for tracking, fulfilling and hands-on evidencing of the company’s Minimal Enterprises Requirements (MERs) for software
  • ownership of the testing processes within the broader Lending team
  • act of single point of contact for emergency releases
  • work with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Development Teams, and QA teams to deliver high quality components

Your team

You’ll be working as part of the broader “Lending” IT team, located in Zürich (Switzerland). We predominantly develop and support applications for mortgage lending and other financing processes. Within your team, you will work with the business and IT Development Teams and IT management to prioritize, and then deliver thoroughly tested software solutions to support Lending products. Your release management role also includes compliance with MERs, Security and scanning requirements to ensure new code and application version is properly deployed to Production.

Your expertise

  • a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent technical education and work experience (5+ years)
  • strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a global team
  • thorough understanding and application of the Software Development and Deployment Lifecycle
  • ability to work on multiple projects and manage workload according to project priorities, for self and others
  • process and Tool experience with technologies like Java, Gitlab, Test Automation, JIRA, Confluence
  • positive, adaptable and able to work across teams and functions
  • excellent written and spoken English and German skills required
