We are looking for a Time Management Specialist (m/f/d) for Lonza AG (100%). This is a temporary position until the end of 2023.   • You support the Process & System Experts in HR Services Switzerland to manage and advance ongoing operations in 2023. We are continuously optimizing systems and procedures in the area of time management (supported by Kronos), taking up new business requirements for verification and implementation and supporting the timekeeper community in Switzerland.
  • Help to document and review time management processes and policies from an employee perspective.
  • Participate in and manage smaller or bigger project activities in the area of time management to make things easier and get rid of waste
  • Work with multiple different business departments and stakeholders across all Switzerland
  • Provide information and education sessions to business stakeholders as needed
  • You bring a general understanding of (HR) systems, like consolidating business requirements
  • Ideally, you have experience in testing of systems and processes.
  • You are interested in learning new areas, working with many stakeholders and further deepening your skills in project management
  • You have a mindset of continuous improvements and solving problems from the lens of the employee
  • Good knowledge of German and English
