Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

Job Description
  • Owns the website strategy (based on overarching Marketing and touchpoint strategy) for Bosch Power Tools Accessories with a focus on improving top of funnel traffic, user engagement
  • Ensures user-centric UX design, relevant and engaging web content
  • Responsible for the continuous evolution of the Bosch Power Tools Accessories website, making sure it is state of the art
  • Leads execution of all major web projects spanning UX design, development and optimization
  • Translates the online content strategy in communication campaign concept for the web and lead the implementation of organic SEO tactics
  • Implements content updates and ensures the accuracy of information
  • Owns the relationship with the development agency, internal technical stakeholders
  • Owns core web metric goals, analytics tracking, reporting, insights & performance for the website

Qualifications
  • Completed master degree, ideally in the areas of Digital Marketing and Web User Experience
  • Several years of experience in Web UX and Website Development
  • Deep knowledge and fundamental experience in website management
  • Good understanding in brand management and communication management (Campaign oriented)
  • Excellent knowledge in standard website tracking tools (google analytics)
  • Excellent understanding and usage of digital analytic tools (Google analytics etc.)
  • Beneficial to have basic understanding of „data lakes“
  • Teamplayer, high result orientation and self-responsibility
  • Strong user centred approach
  • Data based; thinks systematically, translates insights into action
  • Willingness to learn
  • Communication skills to make topic of website understood in the broader context of communication/ User journey management
  • Analytic and negotiation skills
  • UX and Agile working methods
