Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.

As Trade Marketing Manager EMEA, you will join the Geneva based Europe-Middle East-Africa (EMEA) team of Interparfums.

Reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Director - EMEA, you will be in charge of a portfolio of brands, ensuring the coordination of all trade marketing matters between the NY head office and the EMEA markets.

MISSION:

1. Plan & Execute Trde Marketing strategies for portfolio of brands

  • Support EMEA commercial team & customers for perfect trade marketing planning and executions.
  • Monitor global trade marketing updates and deploy to EMEA team and customers.
  • Adapt marketing & training presentations to meet markets specific needs.
  • Track launches & promotional activities (incl. post-analysis).
  • Monitor Digital activations
  • Coordinate local and regional media plans.
  • Coordinate merchandising & visual requests.
  • Execute price studies & benchmark analysis.

2. Collaborate with NY based Trade Marketing team to meet EMEA’s commercial needs

  • Identify and report EMEA needs to NY global trade marketing team. Report key executions.
  • Consolidate & track trade marketing forecasts and specific needs.
  • Influence new product developments by consolidating region’s needs.
  • Communicate comments on new product samples and scent tests.
  • Initiate & follow specific products & promotions developments.
  • Report key markets major events: launches, promotions.

PROFILE

  • Fluent in English, another language a plus
  • Major in marketing
  • 3-5 years experience in sales or marketing in luxury industry a plus
  • Strong interest for luxury products and the Perfume & Cosmetics category
  • Responsible, autonomous and organized
  • Analytical and business oriented
  • Microsoft Office with specific proficiency in Excel & Powerpoint
  • Team player
