In order to lead trade marketing and customer marketing for Essilor Suisse we are looking for a:

Trade Marketing Manager

Under the supervision of the Managing Director of Essilor Suisse and in collaboration with the other Trade Marketing Manager you are ensuring that there is a smooth execution of all marketing programs, including customer partnership and dedicated business programs and you take part in improving the effectiveness of target group orientation and customer channels growth :

You plan and execute Trade marketing measures (Sell-in/ Sell-out tools) for lens & instruments
You define concepts/plans for commercial activations, personalized promotions/campaigns and call-to-actions (complementing the centrally defined product & brand focused campaigns by the Category & Product Management in Central DACH Marketing (Germany, Austria and Switzerland Marketing central team))
You run Cross-Channel-Campaign Management (campaign steering, planning, rollout)
You execute Sales channel specific Customer Marketing B2B (for iECPs, regional chains, buying groups, Key Accounts)
You continuously check and support marketing and sales departments in adopting suitable technology in order to enhance overall performance and deliver results for the business
You execute and maintain local loyalty & partnership programs
You provide the marketing content for partners including the support of the media asset management system, content platform as well as advertising material web shop (POS material)
You provide personalized marketing support for large independent Eyecare Practitioners
You plan and execute local incentives and B2B customer events and/or roadshows
You manage press relation and local social media as part of regional strategy
You support and promote overlapping Omni channel models (i.e. Drive-to-store)
You manage the marketing budget as well as our customer budgets
You actively participate in DACH Marketing related projects and initiatives and are the relay between DACH and local marketing teams
You consistently gather knowledge on marketing best practices that will ensure that the business stays competitive in the market in terms of sales, acquisition, and retention

You only have eyes for the customer, you desire to take full ownership of assigned projects working independently, you are detail-minded, flexible with the capability to align with the overall strategy and re-prioritize if needed. Lastly, you have strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.

You come from a BA/Bsc. in Marketing, or Business Administration, or Economics Public Relations and professional experience in dedicated field.

You can demonstrate a successful 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Marketing with amassed skills in the utilization of marketing automation systems and graphic tools such as InDesign.

You need to speak at least French or German in a Negotiation level (very good writing & spoken level), both languages required, and you are fluent in English to interact within the DACH & Europe region.
