The purpose of this role is to lead the design and deployment of the unit’s Trade Spend agenda in order to increase Trade Investment ROI. Optimize our promotional plans for mutual value creation with our customers.

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor/Master´s degree, preferably in business (marketing, sales or finance)
  • Several years of experience in demand (category management, portfolio, activation), sales or finance business partnering.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights and recommendations from data
  • Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L
  • Solid understanding of FMCG dynamics and customer landscape
  • Good stakeholder management and influencing skills on different levels of the organisation
  • Fluent in German, strong written and spoken English
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Conduct event-level Trade ROI analyses, generating insights to optimize Trade ROI across portfolio of investments and accounts, and effectively communicate findings to SRM Lead, KAMs and Demand teams
  • Develop Promotional Playbook to guide trade promotion strategy, spending and overall trade investment productivity
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors / KAMs to design and deliver trade architecture & promotional strategy, budgets and program of sale conditions
  • Identify trade term opportunities for increased conditionality and effectiveness
