Trading & Treasury Accountant

• Verify and account for trading invoices from the management software (Medissys)
• Verify and account for cost/cargo estimates
• Analyze discrepancies between the accounting and the management system
• Follow up on provisions pending invoicing
• Account reconciliation with the affiliates of TotalEnergies company

• Bank reconciliation
• Verify and account for payments/cash receipts
• Verify and account for foreign exchange hedges
• Verify exchange rate differences

• As T&S is at the center of the company’s reciprocal activities (EP/MS/RC, etc.), deadlines and accounts must be perfectly maintained so as not to have a significant impact on the group’s accounts.
• The nature of the trading activity requires understanding the business and reacting quickly.
• Works closely with the various departments (operations, middle office, etc.) of the entity.
• Confidentiality and security of accounting data are essential.

• Ensures the reliability of the accounts of its sectors/books.

• Responsible for the reliability of the accounts and the respect of the deadlines of T&S and affiliates.
• Good compliance with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

• Master Degree (or equivalent) in Finance and Accounting
• Previous experience in an audit firm (Big 4) would be appreciated
• This opportunity is also open to fresh graduates looking for a first professional experience

• You are responsive and able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people
• You are resilient and versatile and can easily adapt to change
• You fluently speak French and English
