Our client is a Commodity Trading company (Start-up), doing business in Energy, based in Zug with a major Energy producer group behind.

To strengthen their commercial activities, they want to expand their Operations Team and are therefore looking for an experienced

Traffic Operator Coal / Iron Ore and/or LNG

With following tasks
  • Being responsible for handling sales contracts and executing the trades from A - Z, together with your colleagues
  • Executing contracts including preparation of documentary instructions as per sales contracts and letters of credit. Forwarding the instructions to related parties, following-up cargo and services’ documents and providing final approvals for the issuance.
  • Contact person for clients in terms of logistic matters.
  • coordinating operations with the local logistics companies
  • Managing transportation from ports and warehouse.
  • Managing all documentary presentations to the banks
Your profile
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in as Traffic Operator in Coal / Iron Coal / LNG from a major trading house
  • Sound experience in bulk transportation
  • Experience in handling LC’s incl. presentation
  • Hands-on, eager to be part of a new business
  • Likes to work in a small team with flat hierarchy
  • Motivated to go the-extra-mile, to see opportunities to help expand business
  • Fluency in English, any other language is an asset
  • Accurate with numbers, detail oriented
  • Available asap
