TRAINEE

Location: Schaffhausen, Switzerland

Contract: Fixed term contract (12 Month)

Job Type: Fulltime

As part of thecc (F2P2) Team you support the ongoing technical projects by mainly working in the laboratory and has the opportunity to interact with other similar supporting functions. You support project related as well as daily operational tasks. This opportunity will provide you a platform to learn innovative techniques and provide firsthand experience in pharmaceutical parenteral manufacturing thereby preparing you for your future career.

Main Tasks
  • Plan and execute daily laboratory experiments
  • Generate and interpret statistical data and present to the team
  • Identify project specific bottlenecks and communicate and coordinate with the team
  • Frequent contacts with supporting functions and partner teams within DPDS organization on campus
  • Interact with external suppliers whenever needed is foreseen
  • Support laboratory and scale‐up activities

Qualifications

Crucial requirements for candidates:
  • Completed Bachelors´ s degree in Engineering/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences
  • Creative thinking, conceptual design, installation, and implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interest in Research and Development
  • Result oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams, in partnership with internal customers and external partners
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage different projects and tasks in parallel
  • Ability for cross-departmental thinking and collaborative work in teams
  • Fluency in English/German, Full proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
