Who we are looking for

To strengthen our Partner Management Team based in Switzerland and Germany, we are looking for a highly motivated Trainee B2B Marketing & Partner Management 80-100% (all genders) who helps strengthen FAIRTIQs position as leading public transport ticketing player and acquiring new partners.

With a trainee student contract, FAIRTIQ offers students the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice right away. You will be responsible for our B2B Newsletter while also learning a lot about PR, content marketing as well as event marketing. In addition, you will support the partner management team in preparing marketing workshops for and with our partners (public transport operators) and you will be actively involved in implementing campaigns for users in the different partner regions.

Role & Duties

• You are responsible for our monthly B2B newsletter - from coordinating content with freelancers to implementing and sending the newsletter while continuously analysing the results and optimising upcoming issues
• You are part of the the PR as well as B2B marketing and communication planning team
• You support the Partner Management Team in preparing and attending post-processing partner marketing meetings. This includes tasks such as the creation of marketing campaign reportings or equipping the partners with marketing material for upcoming campaigns
• You support the Partner Management Team in preparing Marketing Workshops with our partners
• You gain insight into the planning, organisation and implementation of events (international trade fairs as well as internal events) and support the event manager in the varied day-to-day business

Skills & Personality

• Passionate about sustainable mobility
• Fluent (writing and speaking) in German, English and French
• Highly motivated and strongly driven by self-initiative with a strong detail-orientation
• Excellent organisational and time management
• Willingness to try new things and get things done in a fast-paced environment
• Education in marketing, communication, business administration or similar experience with B2B Marketing
