Your tasks as a recruitment consultant

With the entry-level position as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, we develop you into an interface between companies with personnel requirements and highly specialized specialists and managers. In your team you are responsible for the entire recruitment process: from the project acquisition of open vacancies at customer companies to interviews with candidates and signing the employment contract.

You actively build up a sustainable customer and candidate network

You specialize in a field and look after it independently

You are looking for qualified specialists and executives and conduct job interviews

They guide candidates through the entire application process

They advise companies on filling open vacancies

Your profile as a recruitment consultant

As an HR consultant, you should have an open, self-confident personality and more

A completed degree (college/university) in the field of business administration, economics, social sciences or humanities

Or commercial training with professional experience in sales, customer acquisition, market development, customer advice

A professional appearance and strategic negotiation skills

Interest and fun in personnel / management consulting and sales

Willingness to advance your career and take responsibility
