Your field of responsibility


Are you looking for a chance to propose, structure, coordinate and lead client communication and training campaigns for regulatory change programs as well as to provide mentorship and support to Swiss-based client facing-employees?


Your field of responsibility


  • In-depth involvement in strategic aspects of the banks top priority regulatory change initiatives with high operative impact (e.g. consumer protection regulations like FIDLEG or client tax regulations)
  • Developing and implementing communication and training projects, being supported from an expert team
  • Possibility to broaden your network across businesses and seniority levels since you will get along with a broad set of business area subject matter experts, senior management and business partners
  • Cross-project service function with high visibility and independence to materialize your ideas
  • Assess and apply effective and efficient change tools to target groups – in accordance with the banks’ governance as well as client needs / business models

Your skills and experience


We are looking for a highly motivated teamplayer with a sound front understanding to work in our change department.


What you offer

  • University degree and / or at least 5 years of relevant professional banking experience, preferably in a project / consulting or communication / training role; front / sales experience is a plus
  • A winning personality with excellent interpersonal skills combined with an outstanding ability to communicate as well the ability to quickly adapt your communication style to the target audience in diverse environments
  • Excellent presentation skills, fast use of Powerpoint, first training experience and are a routinised user of Microsoft Excel
  • You can request input in smart ways, develop and propose communication strategies and material, individualize it and coordinate relevant signoff while ensuring effective and efficient execution
  • Dedicated problem solver with a positive solution orientation and can-do attitude
  • Very good oral and written knowledge of English and German, any other language (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish) would be an advantage in order to collaborate with our businesses
  • Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
