As a Training & Learning Specialist, you will drive and support the implementation of the Training & Learning (T&L) strategy specific to the Petcare category by providing guidance and expertise, policies and programs. You will also lead and support category onboarding initiatives to develop competencies and knowledge across the PetCare organisation.

A day in the life of a Training & Learning Specialist
  • Set up and implement the NPPE training plan according to the budget and business requirements
  • Provide high-level support for each training session: manage all logistics (venues, materials etc.,) coordination of training, including communication with key internal and external stakeholders and participants
  • Evaluation of training efficiency through feedback forms as well as monitor KPIs and implement improvements where relevant
  • Act as a single point of contact for NPPE, ensuring good cascading of training activities, coordinate Rive Reine training nomination process and register employees as per request from HR Business Partners or Line Manager
  • Manage the NPPE online onboarding program "Hello Purina”
  • Maintain data in the learning system to provide different types of training-related reports
  • Manage the PetCare Seminar, organize the seminar as per approved concept and budget
  • Organise the NPPE Foresight Forum and NPPE Mentoring Program
  • Support the implementation of the global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) agenda at the NPPE level by participating in the global network, organizing events, running training, analyzing gender balance data
  • Coordinate "Nestle and I" at NPPE Central Functions level
What Will Make You Successful
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources or any other relevant function
  • Good understanding of training processes and tools, training delivering experience is a plus
  • Sound experience in event organization and facilitation
  • Successful experience in project management
  • Experience in driving significant initiatives in a complex environment
  • Curious & creative with continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong drive and positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
  • Experience working with Success Factors, iLearn, HR SAP is a plus
  • Very good presentation and coaching skills
  • Fluent in English
