ENGINEERING & TRAINING SYSTEMS DOCUMENTATION

Your place of work: Stans, Switzerland

What you do
  • Conduct training need analysis to define the learning objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the design of training systems and courseware
  • Define, verify, and validate the data and metrics needed to assess learners
  • Define, verify, and validate reports that support learning progress and assist training managers and instructors in evaluating and rating learners
  • Compile technical documents for internal and external stakeholders, such as concept of operations and requirements specifications
  • Coordinate work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure correct, testable, and verifiable implementation of the learning objectives and their measurement
  • Interface with the engineering teams to support training products development
What you bring
  • At least five (5) years of experience with learning environments and student assessment, preferably in the aviation industry. A previous experience as a flight instructor or flight school manager (civil/military) is an advantage
  • Proven working knowledge of eLearning platforms and methodologies. A pedagogy background is an advantage
  • Proven experience in conducting training needs analysis and deriving technical requirements. Knowledge of requirements management tools is a bonus, e.g. DOORS
  • Willing to travel internationally
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure on parallel tasks
  • English spoken and written at least level C1. Any other language knowledge constitutes a plus
