Job Description & Summary

A career within Transfer Pricing services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax efficient structures that help advance their business goals. You’ll focus on all aspects of documentation planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements.

Our team is responsible for all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, services and loans, and other financing transactions.

Your tasks :

  • You will work on cross border value chain transformation projects as Transfer Pricing Lead.
  • You will manage, perform and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects.
  • You will be involved in scoping, planning and delivering solutions for some of the world’s leading companies in a wide range of industries.
  • You will advise taxpayers on setting policies, agreeing advance rulings, defending tax payers under audit, advising on transfer pricing governance, transfer pricing documentation.
  • You will have advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and IT systems implications for tax payers with respect to transfer pricing.
  • You will identify client needs and you will develop solutions that are right for them.
  • You will collaborate with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts in Switzerland and abroad.
  • You will succeed on challenging and diverse assignments and projects by leveraging your know-how and experience.

Your profile:

  • You hold a degree in accounting, economics or business.
  • You have 3-5 years’ prior work experience in transfer pricing, preferably in the United States.
  • You have proven experience in performance, management and coordination of multi-country transfer pricing projects (e.g., global documentation and/or planning).
  • You are familiar with transfer pricing technology, ERP implementation experience would be a plus.
  • You speak and write in fluent English.
  • You take on responsibility for timely delivery of high-quality consulting solution in a complex market.
