Arxada is looking fora Project Managersupporting our Transformation Management Office (TMO)located in Europe or in the US.The TMO has been set up to drive forwards the journey we embarked upon since our launch as a separate company. We named this journey ‘Potentiating our Performance’ (PoP). The goal of the PoP programme is to further advance LSI as the world’s leading microbial control business and the most innovative specialty products solutions business. It covers 6 key workstreams including safety first, creating a high-performing standalone company, driving superior results through commercial excellence and operational excellence, creating a fit for growth organization and, finally, ensuring everything is grounded in a solid growth strategy focused on organic growth through innovation and a focus on sustainability.

The TMO manager focuses in-depth on several PoP workstreams to ensure the value gets delivered and to enable timely surfacing of issues or interdependencies but also to ensure continued driving of the process after 3rd party support has left. In addition, and over time, the TMO manager will drive the project management of key corporate projects as part of a pool of high-profile corporate project managers. As part of the day-to-day work, the TMO manager will work closely together with the functional leaders responsible for the workstreams, the consultants supporting us on the journey and key experts from Bain Capital and Cinven. In addition, the TMO manager will have exposure to the ELT members. The TMO manager will report directly into LSI’s Chief Transformation Officer.

We are looking for high-profile individuals who seek to broaden their exposure within Arxada and enjoy a steep learning curve on a fast-paced transformation as a next stepping stone in their career path.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports PoP workstream leaders in driving forwards the workstreams through tracking, managing interdependencies, escalating issues, preparing WS team meetings, action follow up, etc.
  • Where relevant, brings capacity for ad hoc analyses in workstreams to support decision making and prioritization
  • Coaches workstream team members on project-based way of working and focus on value creation
  • Works closely with rest of TMO team to prepare bi-weekly TC meetings and monthly Board updates focusing on action-oriented process updates and decision escalation in addition to ensuring fact-based reporting of progress and impact delivered
  • Depending on needs in the organization, the TMO manager can be asked to support on key efforts such as the strategic planning cycle, major M&A integration, etc.
Key Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Knowledge of Finance insights with a solid understanding of how the pieces of a value chain interact to optimize financial performance.
  • Strong ability to structure, pragmatically scope, and solve abstract and complex problems.
  • Structured and analytical working style, decision making with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Adept at navigating and succeeding in a complex matrix environment.
  • Driver of performance excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
