For our Treasury Operations team, we are currently looking for a Treasury Operations Manager. In this role, you will be part of the Treasury Operations team and support assigned treasury operations and projects. The Treasury Operations Manager will report directly to the Head Treasury Operations.

Treasury Operations Manager f/m

What you will do
  • Support the management of the group’s cash position, transactional banking structure, FX activity and guarantee and trade finance processes
  • Daily contact with banks on operational matters
  • Support cash relevant processes such as payment execution, cash pool structure, payment systems and intercompany financings
  • Co-Lead and support project initiatives to strengthen the operational treasury excellence ranging from cash flow forecasting, in-house bank processes, payment factory, treasury management systems and centralization efforts
  • Support all non-cash processes such as company guarantees and bank guarantees/LCs
  • Support the execution of FX processes with internal and external counterparties
  • Support treasury related accounting / financial reporting processes
  • Help to document, refine and maintain operational Treasury policies and manuals relevant for internal stakeholder processes
What you bring & who you are
  • Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience in a corporate treasury with previous exposure to financial or commodity markets
  • University degree or other higher education is a plus
  • Problem solver with attention to detail
  • Great communication skills, verbally as well as in writing, with the ability to adjust the communication to the needs of the recipient
  • Hands-on and getting-it-done mentality
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and with a commercial mindset

About the team
The Treasury Operations team belongs to the Group Treasury department of Axpo Group. Treasury Operations currently consists of a team of 5 employees with a main focus on cash management, payment execution, execution of corporate and bank guarantees/letters of credit and group-wide FX management.
