BedrijfsinformatieFor an international player in the nauticalsector in Antwerp, we are looking for a recruiterfor kitchen staff.- This is not a remote position.Maximum 1 week per month you will join the staff on board 1 of the ships and fulfill your role from there!TakenYour Main Tasks AreAs a Recruitment Officer you are a brand ambassador and business partner. Your focus will be on galley (kitchen) positions.
  • Perform recruitment based on the strategic recruitment planning and current open positions;
  • You and your team work together on international recruitment campaigns and various employer branding initiatives;
  • Establish a positive candidate experience throughout the full recruitment process;
  • As a brand ambassador you provide candidates with an exciting but realistic view of life on board;
  • Gather feedback on the recruitment process and analyse data;
  • Host career events onboard of our vessels;
  • Attend career events at hotel management schools and maritime institutes throughout Europe;
  • Follow recruitment trends and market developments.
ProfielFor this roll we are looking for someone who lives in Antwerp(you will be working from our office in Hoogstraten) and who has a European Passport!As a Recruiter You Have
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition professional, preferable in the field of galley/kitchen;
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or another relevant field;
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing and employer branding;
  • Competency based interview skills and experience with ATS-tools;
  • Experience in the use of social media and job boards;

  • Fluent in the English language (verbal and written); good knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
