For the development of our core strategic systems, we are currently looking for a very experienced, top motivated, hands-on UX/UI Web Designer.

ROLE:

  • Drive the vision, strategy and execution of our design systems and provide clear governance and ownership of it (design, documentation and tokens architecture/integration)​
  • Advocate for the design system throughout the company, representing the team in product discussions and educating others on how to use the system​
  • Oversee, review & improve UX and UI from teams spread all over the world by conducting heuristic evaluations on existing designs​
  • Make sure user experience is consistent across all products​
  • Integrate and collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, product managers and product owners worldwide​
  • Work within the development team to drive interaction design and visual design, engaging the entire team through the process​
  • Document your designs and extrapolate UX best practices and guidelines (using Supernova)​

PROFILE

  • At least 5 years of experience in UX and UI design, preferably with SaaS B2B apps, both mobile and web​
  • At least 3 years in contributing to and scaling design systems​
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch and InVision​
  • Strong knowledge of Material Design or any other design system (Carbon, Lightning, Spectrum, etc.) and Storybook​
  • Experience with front-end web development (HTML/SCSS) is a plus​
  • Understanding of accessibility and WCAG key principles is a plus​
  • Experience working in an Agile environment​
  • Strong understanding of brand values and how to transpose it to the product​
  • Independent, curious, trustworthy and result-oriented​
  • Team player in a multi-cultural working environment with ability to work independently​
  • English fluent, French a plus, any other European language is an asset​
