  • Take ownership of film and video productions from start to finish, incl. all the technical handling
  • Perform the full scope (pre-production, filming, directing, lighting, editing, etc.) of tasks at the office as well as in the field
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide support to a wide range of internal and external film/video productions
  • Create high quality multimedia content for various platforms in-house and for social media
  • Design, develop, write, and edit inspiring scripts
  • Be involved in a fast-paced, highly innovative, and collaborative team
  • Liaise with a wide network of professional sources within the company
  • Communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders incl, the top management
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with hands-on film/video productions
  • Experienced camera person and film editor
  • Technical knowledge in image and sound editing for live events (streaming, live editing, live recording)
  • Top professional storytelling and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities at a time
  • University Degree in communication/journalism/multimedia or similar a plus
  • Capable to work under pressure to meet required deadlines
  • Creative problem solving in connection with analytical and structured work ethic
  • Able to work independently as well as in a strongly motivated team
  • Excellent written and spoken English and a very strong command of German
  • Valid Swiss driver’s license
  • Advanced experience with various film/video editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience in flying a drone or willing to learn
  • Journalistic and/or editorial writing experience a plus
  • Preferably a native English speaker with strong command of German (or vice versa)
