Tasks

  • You create high quality multimedia video content for various platforms including website and social media
  • You take ownership of video productions from start to finish in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • You perform the full scope of video production tasks in the office and in the field, including but not limited to pre-production, filming, directing, lighting, and editing
  • You develop and script story ideas
  • You bring creative problem solving and excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage multiple projects
  • You provide support for a wide range of internal and external video productions
  • You develop and cultivate a wide network of sources within the company
  • You communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders including top management

  • Required Qualifications

  • You have a minimum 5 years of video production experience
  • You have a degree in communication/journalism/multimedia
  • You have advanced knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Your organizational skills are strong, and you can manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Your written and spoken English is excellent and you have very strong command of German (or vice versa)
  • Your storytelling and communication skills are excellent
  • You can work independently as well as collaboratively as a member of a team
  • You perform duties with initiative and exercise competent judgement
  • You have a valid driver’s license

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • You have journalistic/editorial writing experience
  • You have basic technical knowledge in image and sound editing for live events (streaming, live editing, live recording)
  • You can fly a drone or are willing to learn
