Do you have strong expertise owning the lifecycle of a broad NGS clinical genomics product portfolio? Have you led and guided product management teams on a global basis?

A top-tier product management organization is critical for the continued success of our product portfolio. Lead our Product Management teams globally in our newly created role of Vice President, Commercial Applications Product Management.

Your mission

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead all of our genomic commercial applications portfolios across inherited and rare disorders and somatic oncology (solid and liquid tumours, liquid biopsies) and their respective Product Owners across the product management team.

What you’ll achieve

  • Drive complete commercial ownership of product lines, including product offering and positioning, market and competitive analysis, pricing structures and forecasting.
  • Lead and support our team of ~10 product managers across Oncology and IRD applications.
  • Translate organisational goals into individual and team objectives, with strategies and tactics for success.
  • Ensure close cross-functional collaboration and alignment notably with Data Sciences, Platform, Medical, Marketing, Commercial and Finance teams on a global level
  • Lead product-level stakeholder management, both internally and externally, notably by ensuring close collaboration with our customers, partners, and executive team leaders to ensure seamless delivery on our innovation and product roadmaps.

Requirements

Your background

  • 8+ years of relevant product management exposure in the clinical genomics field
  • Direct product knowledge of genomics applications and the NGS workflow, with exposure to diagnostics applications in Oncology and/or Inherited Rare Diseases
  • Previous experience leading both teams of individual contributors and other people managers.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with past experience in financial forecasting and market analysis, owning the relationship with Sales and Finance
  • BSc, MSc or PhD in a relevant field such as Genetics, Molecular Biology, Oncology or similar.
