What You’ll Do At Pega

As the Sales Leader for the DACH region, you will have accountability and responsibility for defining and executing Pega’s enterprise sales strategy for the region. Serving an architect for growth, you will transform the organization to a scalable aaS business model focused on transforming how the world’s largest organizations engage their customers. You will partner with other leaders, both internally and externally, to create meaningful competitive differentiation for our customers while managing a high performing sales team

You bring to Pega a track record of sales performance and leadership performance - which is not just a black book of C level connections but a storybook of best practices and innovation. What You’ve Accomplished

  • Significant experience establishing and building a high performing enterprise focused sales organization across a region
  • A leader with a proven track record building complex, matrixed sales organizations recognized for results and culture
  • Deep knowledge of cultural, regulatory, and policy environments in DACH Region Expertise in aaS CRM and/or process automation technologies.
  • Extensive experience selling to C-level executives in F500 customers.
  • Proven history attracting and developing industry disrupting sales talent Strong negotiation and large deal management leadership.
