Reporting to the Retail Director, you will be in charge of developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the Maison commercial strategy for watch specialist networks.

You will make an impact by:

  • Designing and proposing a commercial strategy with Watch Specialist Networks (Wholesale) in order to maximize sales, profit and brand equity
  • Leading its yearly operational implementation in collaboration with the key stakeholders at HQ and market level
  • Driving a client centric, sell out based retail approach
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance (dashboards, trends, budget…)
  • Developing and animating the Partners network community (build & animate high performance teams)
  • Being the key point of contact for these networks and engaging with internal/external stakeholders

The exceptional skills we are looking for:

  • You possess a proven previous experience in Sales/Business development (8 to 10 years). A market experience is a must.
  • You have a strong understanding of the new business challenges and client expectations (omnichannel approach…) and are able to lead transformational projects
  • You have strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • You like to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in an international environment and are able to manage priorities
  • You are used to working in fast-paced and changing environments
  • You have strong analytical skills and are results-driven
  • You are innovative, entrepreneur-minded, and solutions oriented
  • You have a to-do attitude
  • You speak fluent English, French is a strong asset
