Your role

Due to continuous expansion of our model and communication channels, we are looking for
motivated and committed employees who will be responsible for answering and executing single-handed client & front requests via different channels, take care of general banking services, stock market orders, payments and much more.

You will be working in UBS Wealth Management Front Support Office. Your expertise

  • completed apprenticeship or traineeship in banking with experiences in client advising roles in retail or wealth management
  • ideally at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a client advisor assistant in Wealth Management & profound knowledge of banking services and products as well as solid investment and transaction know-how
  • technical affinity to cope with different IT programs and communication channels
  • excellent communication skills in multiple languages (Swiss national and additional language such as English, Spanish, Portuguese or Russian) to effectively interact with international clients and different internal stakeholders
  • communicative, flexible, self-motivated and team oriented, ready to go the extra mile by showing high commitment
  • able to assess new ideas, provide implementable solutions and see it through
  • independent, resilient, reliable and responsible
  • eager to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment which is constantly changing
