Your new role

In this role, you will develop to be responsible for analytics projects on the e-commerce website, taking control of the web analytics tools to ensure regular monitoring and reporting to improve future marketing campaigns and website improvements. You will overall be the go-to person to ensure that every digital decision is made with data in mind. This will include using visualisation tools to report on and train other users on how to use customer data to improve web processes. You will be responsible for all on-site analytics topics on the e-commerce website: you will be our Google Analytics referent, ensuring the monitoring of the website, supporting the different stakeholders, and improving analytics processes.

As Web Analyst, you will be working on the following tasks:

  • Work with Google Analytics to develop reports and performance analysis based on data and digital marketing activities

  • Develop insights and recommendations that lead to the formulation of effective online marketing and ecommerce strategies

  • Lead the development of KPIs and ad hoc analysis designed to monitor and improve online campaigns

  • Ensure that all digital marketing channels and ad hoc promotions are tracked

  • Own and manage Google Analytics configuration

Profil de candidat recherché :

About you

  • Sports passionate

  • Strong motivated and willingness to learn and improve

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (Google Analytics Individual Qualification required)

  • Basic knowledge of data visualisation tools (eg Google Data Studio)

  • A desire to stay on top of emerging data analytics and technology trends

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business/technology field or related field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Tag Management System experience is preferred (eg Google Tag Manager, TagCommander)

  • Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred

  • Familiarity with AWS and cloud technology is preferred

  • Fluent in English would be a strong asset
