Publish new content and keep existing content up to date
Provide recommendations for layout
Understand content structure and style
Ensure user experience across all pages and websites
Collaborate with the Design and Video teams to produce assets
Understand technical requirements and assist with quality assurance
Implement and adhere to regulation regarding website accessibility Website management
Project management and coordination of website initiatives on corporate level and in close collaboration with divisional peers
Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans
Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant, out of date, or duplicate content
Set website’s KPIs and report regularly on performance with key stakeholders
Assist other Marketing team with website management
Write and edit web content

Create, implement and maintain the right web architecture
Develop and manage Vontobel’s website visual identity and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
Develop, implement and optimize user journeys and interconnectivity between products and client segments
Responsible for aligning all activities with compliance defined processes, guidelines and quality standards Technical support
Collaborate with the Martech team on all technical related implementations
Understand technical and data infrastructure
Governance of web platforms
Assist with CMS management
Understanding web tracking framework Website analytics and insights
Analyze website data to learn how users interact with our site
Provide regular report on all websites aligned with defined KPIs (Content Performance, Benchmarking, Quality visitors, Engagement, Leads, etc)
Research, test and optimize performance on topics, channels and technology
Present regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis
Analyze competitor activity

You bring:
More than 4 years of experience as a website manager, preferably in the financial sector (professional experience on the consulting / agency side is an advantage)
University degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, or technology
Proven experience in web development, publishing and management
Strong project management skills as well as experience in stakeholder management
An in-depth technical knowledge of CMS and CRM systems, as well as broad understanding of web security, automation, hosting, etc.
Proficiency in dealing with web technologies and advanced knowledge of common analytics tools
Fluent/native in English and German, with excellent spoken and editorial skills You are:
