Position Overview

Working within a multi-functional team in the Geneva Headquarters and across EMEA regional Marketing & Communication departments, the successful candidate will play a key role in helping Ralph Lauren to grow visibility in France, Benelux and Iberia regions.

The ideal candidate will fully support development and implementation of marketing campaigns, online and offline for both wholesale partners and franchisees across the regions.

Focus areas include creation and implementation of seasonal marketing campaigns, in-store and e-commerce activations, site merchandising optimization, campaign tracking, KPIs analysis and marketing watch. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as you monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implementation of marketing activation in respect of key account priorities and marketing guidelines including post-campaign KPIs analysis and provide recommendations for future activities
  • Implementation of seasonal marketing projects: advertising, outdoor, in-store branding, windows, point-of-sales materials, in-store events, on-site plans, CRM and social media support
  • Manage yearly budget including forecasting and cost-monitoring of your projects
  • Monitor key e-wholesaler channels conducting website audits, ensure respect of brand guidelines, on-site optimization suggestions and support to improve.
  • Manage digital content deployment and ensure the right assets are pushed on-time based on business and brand objectives.
  • Coordinate performance marketing campaigns (on & offsite), track results & build learnings to optimize ROI
  • Be a digital marketing ambassador and help partners and colleagues to act digital
  • Competition watch and new marketing trend monitoring. Evaluate key opportunities for the brand and embrace a test & learn approach

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position with digital focus (ideally with ecommerce and omnichannel experience) with a proven track record of success in project management
  • Good knowledge of the marcom eco-system online and offline
  • Experience and/or interest in Fashion/Luxury is a plus
  • Proficiency in reading and analyzing data
  • Highly organized and structured, capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously (from start to completion) while meeting deadlines with attention to details
  • Strong team spirit with ability to work cross-functions and cross regions
  • Passion and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, curiosity, problem solving and quality of execution
  • Fluent in English, French and Spanish. Any additional languages are a plus
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent
