The services of the consultant will include video editing, advisory and technical services to ensure that the WIF brand and image is adequately and appropriately reflected; its key outcomes disseminated appropriately and future WIF appropriately marketed.

The 2021 Forum was attended by over 8000 participants. It comprised some 95 events organized over 5 days, including three Summits, three ministerial roundtables and four high-profile award ceremonies and was participated by 66 partner organizations. It gathered 12 heads of State and government, 54 ministers, 24 heads of international organizations, and countless policymakers and legislators. From the private sector, the Forum attracted 70 CEOs of multinationals and stock exchanges, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and family businesses. 44 percent of the registered 8000 + participants, speakers and panelists, were women and 60 percent were from developing countries.
Under the overall guidance of the Director, Division on Investment and Enterprise and the direct
supervision of the Head of the Investment Policy Branch, the consultant will be responsible for the:
- Preparation of a script based on the highlights and video captures of the world Investment forum and production of a video of the 2021 WIF (10 minutes length) that will convey the level, scale, diversity and impact/outcomes of the forum and also include a reference to the UAE sponsorship.
- Production of a video that will be used for the promotion of the next WIF. This video will be based in the WIF2018 promotional video and the WIF2021 wrap-up video.
- Continue to advise on inputting resources in the World Investment Forum website, rationalization of multi-media material and video material and creation of a user-friendly repository.
Academic Qualifications: Advanced university degree, Master, in International Relations/Affairs, Management, Business Administration or other related field is required. A qualification in communication or related field is desirable.
Experience: At least 7 years of progressive responsible professional experience working in event management and/or business development is required. Experience of website management is desirable. Experience of virtual event management is desirable.
Language: Fluency oral and written in English is required. Knowledge of French is desirable.
