In this role, you will:
  • offer solutions directly in daily contact with Financial Intermediaries, i.e., professional customers like External Asset Managers and Multi Family Offices
  • be the first point of entry for any kind of daily operations for Financial Intermediaries from APAC
  • handle daily customer inquiries and orders
  • be responsible for the further development of our customers and in the acquisition of customers
Description du profil

  • several years of experience in a similar role as a client advisor, business developer, senior client account manager or process & quality specialist
  • sound banking expertise and good knowledge of capital markets
  • ability to make new contacts, build long-term customer relationships and convince and inspire people
  • you have great commitment and the ability to work in a team
  • digitally savvy, agile handling of UBS applications and understanding of wealth management processes
  • strong communication skills and good negotiation skills
  • fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written), other languages are an advantage
  • Ability to represent UBS in a highly professional manner in front of Financial Intermediaries
  • Work Experience with Financial Intermediaries/External Asset Managers or Family Offices are of advantage
