Your New Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the definition of the future customer experience related to product configuration and delivery
  • You deal with following key topics; innovation, market research & benchmarking, ideation, prototyping and value proposition
  • You are involved in the global damper actuator business
  • You are a part of the damper actuator PM team and collaborate with Sales, Digital Business and R&D
  • You get insights about existing customized portfolio and detailed business case analysis; benchmarking of competitive offering and corresponding metrics (e.g., lead times), product configurator and current pain points
  • You create through the ideation process future customer experience hypothesis
  • You test hypothesis with reps out of Regional Companies and customers
  • You crystallize value proposition and outline tools and required marketing collaterals

    • Your Skills

  • You are a Master student in electrical/mechanical engineering or energy engineering
  • You are creative in PowerPoint and an expert in Excel
  • Ability to consolidate information and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills combined with effective product management ability
  • Dynamic team player, agile mindset, open to feedback and continuous learning
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Start as soon as possible or at an agreed date, for a duration of minimum half a year
