Purpose


The Business Analytics trainee will be accountable for giving support to the Commercial Team in different areas from sales performance management to reporting, tool maintenance, administrative tasks and projects. This person must have proven experience in sales, be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and have strong analytical skills.

This internship will report to the BI Manager. The position is based at the HQ of the Maison in Meyrin, Geneva, Switzerland.


Responsibilities


Business Analytics & Reporting

  • Provide the daily sales flash to the Commercial Teams
  • Provide the daily ECOM sales flash
  • Provide ad hoc sales analysis (on products, network, sell-in, sell-out, etc.)
  • Create and regularly update dashboards to help the Commercial Teams taking the right decisions in their operations
  • Provide and enrich the monthly sales report to the management of the Maison

Model Stock

  • Create model stock reporting and gap analysis between target assortment and timepieces present in the displays of a point of sale
  • Update on a daily, weekly, monthly basis the model stock reporting and propose replenishment where timepieces are missing in the displays
  • Track model stock completeness in the system
  • Ensure stock accuracy in the system

Data maintenance

  • Provide gap analysis between different systems listing our point of sales
  • Assist Commercial Teams in the creation of new point of sales in the systems
  • Identify missing sell-out and assist Commercial Teams in their sell-out declarations

Your Profile


  • You are a current Student in Bachelor or Master with previous experience on data management/ business analysis
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High level of personal integrity and motivation, trustworthy and reliable
  • Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to adapt in a changing environment
  • Perfect verbal and written French and English
