We are looking for...

  • a Communication Specialist (M/F) to join our Communications team for our headquarters in Basel.

    • Your tasks
    • Implement integrated communication plan and contribute to the development of Corporate Communications concepts
    • Draft, review, translate and publish media and ad hoc releases, corporate sections of financial reports and further documents for internal and external communication
    • Write relevant contents for publications for different publication channels
    • Maintain corporate website as well as the corporate section of the intranet and keep Corporate Communications material up to date
    • Maintain and extend social media presence
    • Conduct print and online media monitoring
    • Coordinate Swiss and international media contacts and organize media events/calls
    • Key contact for external service providers for Corporate Communications

    Your profile
    • Professional background or degree in communications, science and/or marketing and knowledge of corporate public/media relations or Corporate Communications processes is required
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or scientific background would be advantageous
    • Experience of website content management systems is an asset
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Flexible team player who is able to cope with flexible working hours
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German are essential
    • Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
