eCommerce Digital Performance Internship

We are looking for you:

• Currently studying for your Master degree in eCommerce, digital marketing, digital analysis
• Analytical and digital profile
• Able to evolve in a matrix environment (global expert teams, global/regional/local business teams)
• Adapt quickly to digital analytical tools
• Able to link various sources of information and define recommendations to improve eCommerce performance
• Fluent in English, other local languages are an asset

You will join the global eCommerce performance team which is in charge of the channel continuous improvement program. You will be in contact with the teams managing the website and the digital marketing activities at the global/regional/local levels.

Roles & Objectives

• Analyze and define recommendations on:

On-site performance (CX/UX)
Impact of traffic sources (eCRM, Paid Media, SEO) on eCommerce performance
Impact of programs, logistics and payment services on eCommerce performance

• Define a performance model which explains the importance of each pillar on the eCommerce channel and facilitate the benchmark of market performance
• Explore uncover pillars of the eCommerce business
