工作内容

Optotune is a strongly growing and internationally active optics company based in Dietikon, Switzerland. We develop, manufacture and market the latest generation of adaptive optical elements for industrial and consumer markets.

Tasks
  • Support and drive lean six sigma activities on our shop floor in order to measure and reduce scrap
  • Optimize material flow and increase throughput
  • Support standardization of our shop floor
  • Analysis of current state value stream map & cycle time
  • Implementation of standardized work
  • Enhance compliance and production efficiency
  • Create and update manufacturing documents
  • Contribute to the Lean Six Sigma culture (continuous improvement, apply DMAIC, root cause analysis, Ishikawa, 5why, 5s etc.)
Requirements
  • Background in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge (yellow belt, green belt) is a big plus
  • You enjoys hands on work in the shop floor
  • Data analysis and programming experience (Python)
  • Analytical, well organized and solution-oriented way of thinking
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
