For the headquarters in Lausanne, we are looking to hire a Logistics Officer that will be involved in the UK market.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • In charge of organizing transport with Shipping Lines and Intermodal Transport companies in the United Kingdom
  • Responsible for smooth operational process and all operational matters
  • Following up on the purchase & sales orders
  • Working closely with the trader for the UK market, providing support on Logistics issues
  • Handling customer / Supplier requests
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure supplier and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Competencies
  • Experience in Shipping / Forwarding
  • Fluency in English
  • Degree in Business or Logistics / Supply Chain
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Communication skills in written, spoken and personal encounters with any stakeholder
  • Problem-solving attitude in a creative and practical manner
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Ability to perform under pressure, and meet deadlines
